Terms of Use
Last updated September 13, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of miChurch App and our marketing site, operated by miChurch Solutions ("miChurch Solutions," "we," "us"), incorporated in Ghana. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you're signing up an organization, on its behalf.
2. The service
miChurch App is a church management platform for denominations of any size. It lets an organization model its own hierarchy, manage member records and appointments, define and track reports up that hierarchy, and record tithes and remittances. We can add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts and organizations
When an organization signs up, it is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for managing which of its members have access and to what level (via appointments and positions in its hierarchy), and for keeping login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
4. Fees and billing
miChurch App is billed at the flat rate shown on our pricing page at the time of signup, with every feature included and no per-member or per-location charges. Fees are billed in advance for the billing period you choose and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. On-site services
Data migration, hierarchy setup, training, and go-live support offered through our on-site services are a separate engagement, scoped and agreed with your organization directly before work begins.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use miChurch App for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights;
- attempt to access another organization's data or bypass its hierarchy-based access controls;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform, except where the law gives you that right regardless of this restriction;
- interfere with or disrupt the service, including submitting automated or abusive requests to our contact and demo forms; or
- resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.
7. Your organization's data
As between you and us, your organization retains ownership of the member, giving, appointment, and report data it enters into miChurch App. We process it on your organization's behalf as described in our Privacy Policy, and your organization is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store it, including any consents needed from its own members.
8. Our intellectual property
miChurch App - its software, design, and branding - belongs to miChurch Solutions. These terms don't grant you any rights to it beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.
9. Termination
You can stop using miChurch App and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are materially breached, including for unpaid fees or a violation of the acceptable use section above. On termination, we'll make your organization's data available for export for a reasonable period before deleting it, except where we're required to retain it for longer.
10. Disclaimers and liability
miChurch App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond what the law requires. To the fullest extent permitted by law, miChurch Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use of miChurch App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
